Product updates and roadmap

Altus ships every two weeks. Every release is driven by feedback from real customers and partners, and every one of them is documented so you always know what changed and why.

Fortnightly releases, not annual ones

Most enterprise software makes you wait. Quarterly releases, annual major versions, an upgrade project that takes three months and a dedicated IT resource. Workarounds accumulate. The gap between what the product does and what your organisation needs quietly widens.

Altus ships every two weeks. New capabilities, improvements, and fixes reach your environment continuously. The platform you're running in December is meaningfully better than the one you started with in January, without anyone having to manage a migration.

Submit feedback

Tell us what's getting in the way. Every piece of feedback goes directly to the product team. Nothing sits in a support queue without being seen.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How often does Altus release updates?

Every two weeks. Releases include new features, capability improvements, and fixes. Each one is documented in a release wrap-up post so you always know exactly what changed.

  • Can we control when updates are deployed to our environment?

Yes. Your IT team manages update deployment through the Altus Admin Portal. You choose when each release reaches your environment, which means you can test changes before rolling them out organisation-wide.

  • How does customer feedback influence the roadmap?

Through the public roadmap board, which you can access directly from this page. Submit feature requests, vote on existing ideas, and see what's already in development. The ideas with the most customer demand have a direct influence on what we prioritise and when.

  • Does the fortnightly release cycle create risk for our IT environment?

No more than Microsoft's own update cadence, which Altus mirrors by design. Because Altus runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant on the Power Platform, each release follows the same governance model as any other Power Platform update. Your IT team stays in control of timing through the Admin Portal.
