What Microsoft licenses do I need to get started with Altus?
To seamlessly integrate Altus into your organization, each user requires the following Microsoft 365 licenses; Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power App, Microsoft Power BI.
What is the difference between a Contributor and a Manager licence?
Manager licences are for anyone who creates or manages projects, runs reports, or manages resources — typically your project managers, PMO staff, and resource managers. Contributor licences are for the wider team members who update their tasks, log timesheets, and view dashboards, but don't need project creation or portfolio management access. Every plan includes 10 Manager licences; additional seats are added per the rates above.
Can I start on one tier and upgrade later?
Yes. Altus is designed to grow with your organisation's project management maturity. Many customers start on Project or Portfolio and add the Strategy tier as they mature their approach to strategic alignment. Upgrades happen at the next billing cycle.
What currencies does Altus support?
Altus pricing is available in USD, AUD, GBP, and EUR. The calculator above shows USD by default. Contact our team for pricing in your preferred currency, as rates are confirmed at the time of contract.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Plans are billed annually. Talk to our team if your organisation has specific procurement requirements — most enterprise procurement needs can be accommodated.
Is implementation included in the plan price?
Implementation is carried out by Altus's global partner network and is scoped separately to the platform licence. Most organisations are live within days for a standard deployment. Complex environments with custom workflows or governance requirements may take longer. Your implementation partner will provide a fixed-scope estimate before you start.
